We are excited that NFB Newsline Registered continues to increase the availability of publications within the state of Indiana.
Subscribers now have access to the Herald Times of Bloomington, the Indianapolis Business Journal and the Indianapolis Recorder.
These respected publications expand the current 11 Indiana newspapers as part of its vast lineup of news sources: Evansville Courier & Press, The Journal Gazette of Fort Wayne, Indianapolis Monthly, The Indianapolis Star, Jeffersonville’s News and Tribune, Lafayette Journal & Courier, The Star Press of Muncie, The Times of Northwest Indiana, Palladium-Item, South Bend Tribune, and the Terre Haute Tribune-Star.
NFB-NEWSLINE® also provides access to audio emergency weather alerts. People who are blind can hear the emergency alert tones on the television, but cannot read the text on the television screen.
NFB-NEWSLINE®, subscribers can receive local emergency weather alerts as well as full weather reports when accessing the service.
NFB-NEWSLINE® also offers TV listings, job listings, and retail ad circulars. NFB-NEWSLINE’s wide array of publications and announcements can be accessed any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in a variety of ways.
